On Monday, December 2, 2024, the first international hub of the world-renowned gastronomy science academy, GASTRONOMY INNOVATION CAMPUS TOKYO × Tokyo Tatemono's "8GO," pre-opened. We are delighted to announce that Gen-ten's "Kihon" Tomato has been selected for their lunch menu.

8go (Ego) is the first international hub of the Gastronomy Innovation Campus Tokyo, a world-renowned culinary science academy. Located in Tokyo Tatemono’s Yaesu Building, this creative space explores the future of gastronomy and serves as a collective kitchen.
The menu offered here focuses on sustainability and health-conscious meals, and among them is a new dish featuring brown rice bread!
Enjoy Gen-ten's Brown Rice Bread in the "Brown Rice Pizza Sandwich"
The "Brown Rice Pizza Sandwich" is made with Gen-ten's brown rice bread "Kihon" Tomato, stacked in three delicious layers. Known for its high nutritional value and moist texture, the bread enhances the ingredients and offers a satisfying bite.
This dish is served with an organic salad and a hearty root vegetable soup for 1,600 yen (tax included).
