Gen-ten is excited to introduce the "Eho-bun", a special roll inspired by the traditional Eho-Maki.

※Eho-maki is a sushi roll eaten during the Japanese holiday Setsubun.Eho-bun is a meat bun made from brown rice bread in the shape of an eho-maki.

This Eho-bun is a meat bun filling wrapped in a rice flour and brown rice flour dough, shaped into a roll.

Gluten-free and made with carefully selected ingredients, this brown rice roll will be available for a limited 3-day period and in limited quantities at our store.

Celebrate Setsubun with Gen-ten's "meat bun-style" roll, a completely new taste experience.

Brown Rice Flour / Rice Flour

• Made from 100% domestically grown brown rice, cultivated with 100% organic fertilizer and processed into rice flour without any additives.
• No pesticides or sterilization agents are used. The rice is grown using an iron-mineral farming method, utilizing the natural strength of the land.
• No preservatives or additives used.

Chicken

• Raised on a plant-based diet without pesticide-treated corn (PHF) or animal-based feed such as meat and bone meal.
• No antibiotics or antibacterial agents are given at any stage, from chick to full growth.
