A unique roll-style bun made by wrapping savory meat filling
in a soft dough crafted from brown rice flour and rice flour,
then finished in a roll shape—our original Eho-man.

Gluten-free, of course, and made only with carefully selected ingredients.
This brown rice roll will be available in-store only,
for 3 days only / limited quantities.

Ingredients We’re Proud Of — Brown Rice Eho-man

◾ Brown rice flour / Rice flour
﹋ ﹋ ﹋ ﹋ ﹋
Made from brown rice grown with 100% organic fertilizer,
ground into rice flour with nothing added.

The rice is cultivated using iron-mineral farming methods,
without any pesticides or fungicides,
harnessing the natural power of the soil.
We use 100% domestically produced rice flour,
with no additives or preservatives.

◾ Pork
No antibiotics are used in raising the pigs,
except during early piglet stages.

To prevent contamination with genetically modified ingredients,
the pigs are fed a specially formulated feed made from
post-harvest pesticide-free (PHF) corn
and other carefully managed ingredients.
